We’ll also revise all the settings necessary for your web sites to be completely functional on our next–generation cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are completely capable of moving any type of web site. With years of experience in the industry, they are experts in the inner workings of our hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other popular Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom web app with multiple custom libraries is as easy as moving a simple WordPress blog.

A: There are a lot of variables to bear in mind – the total amount of files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the website itself and the current workload of our website migration experts, etc. That being said, we do our very best to perform all website migrations in a 48–hour time window. Smaller sites are migrated much faster – usually within 24 hours.

A: We’ll require the login information for your old hosting provider’s Control Panel and the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to begin the migration of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to disclose pretty much the same information you have provided to your present host. We’ve also got an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how private information is used.

A: Your website will continue to work just like it did before with your former hosting provider. When we have completed the migration, your site will be configured to work on our system and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working properly, all you will have to do is modify the NS resource records associated with your domain. Your web site will be migrated to us with no downtime whatsoever.

A: While we migrate your content, your hosting provider won’t be aware of the transfer at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven web hosting platforms. In essence, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we will be able to transfer your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source site creation platforms like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
