With our Managed Servers solution, we’ll do this for you. Your VPS server will be added to our custom–developed monitoring software system and anytime there’s a sign of a problem, our sysadmins will be notified right away.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Web Hosting Plan isn’t the simplest procedure in the world. You will either need to use a separate server or your PC, or resort to some third–party software. We offer a far easier alternative with our Managed Servers offer. We’ll create a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server once a week, so you never need to be scared of permanently losing any valuable information. Last but not least we can always recover a backup very fast. All backups we make are kept on a special server with a RAID array of hard disk drives, so if anything goes wrong with your hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Using a VPS Web Hosting Plan, you will have full freedom to run any script or service on your server. Still, some scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration from you. This is when our Managed Servers package can help you out. It includes thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you’ll be able to literally employ one of our well–trained server administrators for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of software program that you want. Alternatively have him fix an issue that you’re experiencing with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Servers package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Web Hosting Plans and is an optional feature with the KVM VPS Web Hosting Plans.
